Function description

4, Support to record TCP sip and UDP sip at the same time

5,  Built-in WEB Service, via browser, can show real time status, live monitor, search, download, play the file, and so on.

6,  Built-in Client Service, via centralize control application, can show real time status, live monitor, search, download, play the voice file, and so on.
